BIRDIE
Make any kind of sandwich you want. Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut a heart out of the sandwich. Place heart on a plate as shown. Cut some strips of string cheese to outline the beak. Use 2 slices of a carrot for the base of the eyes. Put slices of string cheese (or a dab of cream cheese) on top of the carrots. Then put a quarter of a black olive on top of the cheese to complete the eyes. Cut 4 pieces of celery and then slice strips into the celery leaving an inch at the bottom to create the feathers. This birdie is almost too cute to eat!!!
